Hotel was good location and near to Tajmahal and metro station,tdi mall .room was neat and clean also washroom..food was testy with grate service in restaurant by Mr. Netrapal, veerendra.and housekeeping services by Mr.Arvind , sanjay with grate team.

2 nd time staying in hotel

Wonderful building structure but not maintained. There's a water leakage in the rooms, the ceiling lights are fused, water pressure is very low, and the backup box isn't working"It seems there is no maintenance engineer in this hotel, just a front office staff, very good, but I don't know his name.food quality was very poor with unhygienic.

No call response from the hotel

My daughter has stayed in 312. Her mobile is not able to charge due to a faulty socket. I tried connecting the front desk cell phone, but no one responded. +91 97171 70578 and the toll-free number also are not working. WhatsApp messages have also not been replied to.

Wonderful journey of Agra .

Very good hotel nd service of all staff.specially i would like to recommend this hotel.i you are looking for taj visit .
Staff mr Dhruv from service is having good smile. Managers of this hotel also helping in each and every thing.
Mr Jitendra from housekeeping also very good.as we required in room he delivered the same.

Good staying

Hotel location is good.All staff is very polite.They offered good service.if you ask anything out of also the staff for that things.hotel was Green environment with neat and clean hotel and rooms . specially thanks mr.netrapal , Pradip,chandrapal,and all neel clarks team .
