Super agra taj mahal is very nice and the PL palace hotel location was good

Restaurant attendant staff gave us lunch dining with very good efforts and food taste was very good. u must, visit there to have fantastic experience...................

Dont Allo it to Die of Its Reputation

Is to was a great Hotel. They built it well but upkeep is poor. Shower throwing water all around..Cleaning was average (found cigarrette buds unde the comode) Bed was definitely good, Flush was leaking. The basin drain cover was broken and had to pull it up for draining the water. Breakfast was much below average. Too much oil in Paneer bhurji , IDLI was dry..even the parantha ..Good didnt try other things.. We are missing on few things.. next door Holiday inn is just 300 Rs more in tariff... Take care keep the hotel well maintained. When Hotels turn into marriage destinations.. Business travellers reduce,(caution)

Don’t judge by these photos use the reviews

Location is good easy walking distance of shops.
The pictures on the internet aren’t a true representation of this hotel. The roof top bar is fantastic but the island in the seating area is no longer there.
Live DJ music most nights so expect the place to be buzzing to the early hours.
The bar is fantastic and staff very attentive.
Food we had over several days in the hotel was excellent.
To the rooms. Dated. Carpets don’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned and the room floor we discovered wasn’t clean either.
Bedding felt damp first night but that could be because the air con was on high.
Bathroom is ok. Hot water and towels but usually only two towels and a hand towel.
Toilet roll one small one.
We’ve rang housekeeping and they brought more towels and toilet roll.
In India it’s a ‘bum’ washer rather than toilet rolls. Bit like a small shower by the toilet. But toilet rolls are available if you ask.
The area is ok but parts could leave you with a culture shock. I felt a bit nervous walking through the side streets but learnt you need to walk like you own it. As a group of westerners we are a bit of a novelty. Expect your photo to be taken a lot.
The staff are wonderful. The service is great but the photos aren’t really a true representation of this hotel. Not really 4 stars.

Excellent

A great experience overall, the staff has been kind and supportive as always. It's a must recommended. The rooms are spacious, nice clean and hygiene is maintained.
