Perfect vaccation spot to relax and take out work stress.
It is a perfect vacation spot to relax and take out work stress. The plunge pool experience adds a more star to the wholesome.
You will see peacocks and different new birds very frequently in near by places giving more close to nature aura. The safari boarding point is hardly 10mins away from the resort.

Disgusting
Extra charged in food bills. When caught - offered 10% discount. Unethical.
Manager (Lokender) was arrogant and didn’t addressed the complaints/issues.
Food was not up to mark.
Due to ongoing construction, lot of disturbance- in any case one should avoid for 6-9 months of their construction period.

Beautiful Property Ruined by Poor Management and Service
To start with, there is no hotel signage on the main road or outside the property, making it very difficult to locate the hotel — especially for first-time visitors.
The food and hi-tea service was painfully slow, with even a simple cup of tea taking over an hour to arrive. We had booked a room with a plunge pool, which was dirty and unusable at check-in. It took the staff nearly two hours to clean it, something that should have been done well before guests arrived.
To make matters worse, we even found a frog inside the pool, which the Hotel Manager casually dismissed, saying the property is near a forest — a completely unacceptable response for a hotel of this category.
The geyser was switched off by default, and despite multiple requests, it took considerable time for hot water to be made available. When questioned, a staff member rudely remarked, “Who uses hot water in this weather?” — this, while it was raining outside.
Overall, while the property itself has great potential, the poor service standards, lack of basic readiness, and unprofessional attitude of the operations team make it very hard to recommend this place. A beautiful property, sadly ruined by bad management.
