good

the hotel is not that much good but the ambience outside is perfect and the rooftop is also awesome for night party we can enjoy the each and everyone lights it's in the side of the beach so it is walkable.

Best Location & Beautiful Views

I stayed here with my wife over the weekend in December. Room was clean and big with all basic amenities. I booked it for the best location and beautiful view from the hotel. Its facing the famous Baga beach and just above Brittos. They also have a common terrace where you can chill while watching the sunset.
Only drawback was the quality of tap water as it tasted pretty bad and not even worth gargling.
One should also note that there are is no elevator in this hotel.
Overall it was a good experience.

Stay was very good

We stayed there for two nights. The location of the hotel is awesome just 1 min walk from the party hub of goa baga beach, 2 wheeler rental is in front of the hotel, market is nearby and location of hotel is in between brittos and bistro restaurant. Mr.Rajendra is a great and very helpful person who helped a lot in our stay. Room is spacious with clean bathroom(hot/cold water supply) AC was working fine. One of the best budget hotel near baga beach.

good stay

Had a very good stay at this property. Very close to the beach, easily accessible. Close to the night clubs. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very cooperative. L=Would like to recommend to everyone.

Tourists not welcome in Goa Anymore

I stayed here for 3 nights...Pros: They are right on the beach. The staff is soft spoken. Cons: The bathroom drainage was clogged and water took time to drain out completely and till that time the lid was floating around...The nearby resorts play music on loudspeakers late night upto1-2 am, so you cannot sleep whenever you want, they do not serve food. There is absolutely no parking space with this hotel. This is where my worst experience happened in Goa, I just like any tourist rented a scooty, they have no parking space, on asking if you guys don't have parking space where can i park it, he pointed me to the parking for overnight parking, I did recieve the slip also. The next morning, my vehicle is not there where I parked, some stray person told me he saw it being towed away by police. I just happened to click my vehicle at parking space, because i had doubts about parking it there for overnight. The taxi driver charged 300 bucks for 3 Kms and was rude about even answering how can i get it back and who should I talk to. The police after seeing the slip and the photo I clicked did not fine me, but I had to pay the towing charge of Rs. 150/-. I lost Rs. 450/- , 3 hours of my time, and most importantly peace of mind. Nobody was cooperative, right from parking people, the taxi driver, the police, the hotel guys. I wouldn't recommend this place, rather for that matter, even considering Goa for a holiday(The hotel owner told me himself that Goan Police would be hunting down tourists and would fine Rs. 1200/- for having alcohol within limit, as they have jinxed breathanalysers, so to speak you cant expect to enjoy and live tension free when in Goa, over and above this the guy who handed me over the scooty told me that people do steal helmets around here). I am not coming to this place again, definately.
