Decent for Banda

There aren't many good places to stay in Banda. It is one of the two better hotels in the city. Has good parking space and decent clean rooms. Nothing great though.
The food is just about ok. The staff is polite and cooperative.
Decent for a night stop over since there are no options.

An Average Hotel

I have gone Banda from Kanpur. I was going to Chitrakoot at 2nd July 2016. So i have decided to stay in Banda with my girlfriend and her daughter of 7 year. My girlfriend was Adult and Indian citizen. She is a teacher in an Inter College. I had booked the hotel by Make my trip with a good rate for 2 days. But reception person denied to give us room and was not ready to give the room. So i have to taken the room in other hotel. My booking become worthless. I have not got refund my amount from Make My Trip. So i think it was not good behavior by reception staff and they don't know the hotel's rules and regulation.
