Above expectations.

Overall a great experience and lives up above expectations. Restaurant and Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Priya at the restaurant was extremely helpful with the kids

the location is good and the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice n friendly specially staff guest relation Mokshitha did fantastic job thnx Mokshitha for caring my daughter so sweetly.i would like to come at the hotel again

Awesome stay and very delicious food

Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Food was excellent. Special thanks to Chef Lakshman Challa as he served very delicious variety of cuisine to our guest.
The stay for our guests was very good. Rooms were clean and fresh. It had an appealing ambience.
Mr Jithu John is highly professional and is having a deep knowledge of hospitality industry. Thanks to Mr Jithu for arranging everything in a very organized manner.
Our overall experience was fantastic.

Our favorite hotel in Bengaluru

We have been staying at Hotel Greenpark for several years now -- we frequently visit Bengaluru -- and absolutely love many things about it. The rooms are clean and well-kept and the staff is always extremely helpful. We absolutely love the delicious breakfasts with their many yummy vegetarian options, and are always excited to go down for breakfast every morning! The lunch buffet is also good, if a tad expensive.
In particular, many excellent staff members have helped us at various points: Resident Manager Mr. Vijay, and Arjun, Muskan, and Subhasmita at the front desk.
As animal lovers, one of the very special things about this hotel for us is that it has two cats (outside) whom we love to see each day! We were so happy to learn from the very efficient and kind Mr. Vijay that the cats are given veterinary care (including neutering) and food, which made us very happy; we also learned that Mr. Sudeep Sengupta, the Exec. VP of the various Greenpark Hotels is responsible for the various cats and dogs who are the four-footed ambassadors of Hotel Greenparks in various cities of India.
We particularly love that the rooms are quiet, with no noisy staff chattering outside the room as happens in some hotels. The room staff are always so helpful. The fact that each room has a fridge and that you get bottles of water upon arrival is yet another plus.
