Shangri-La never disappoints
The staff were all very joyful and always happy to assist with your request.
Rooms were all well presented with large bathrooms, mines had a bath and a powerful shower.
Beds were large and comfortable.
Rooftop bar was always good for evening drinks.
Will definitely recommend and stay again if visiting Bangaluru.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

2nd stay
The staffs were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was highlight.
Second stay at Shang-ri la, they did not dissapoint me. Highly recommend inroom dining if you have no choice in midnight.
