Budget accommodation in Jayanagar

The place is situated in the center of Jayanagar 4th Block, which is one of the shopping hubs in Bangalore From a convenience point of view, this place scores very high. Public transport, autos and cabs are easily available. There are many restaurants at walking distance.
Rooms are neat and tidy. But too many rooms are crammed in a small place.
They offer normal and deluxe rooms. Deluxe rooms are more spacious and better maintained.
All rooms are air conditioned, however some rooms don't have proper ventilation. I found rooms on second floor to be better
Overall a decent place in a fantastic locality.

Very bad experience

I booked this hotel through Oyo. I was on my way to airport and booked this hotel only for 4 hours ( though paid for one day/night). I had a very bad experience for this hotel. One of my colleague was to join me in my car to airport. He reached around half an hour before we thought we will head further. Hotel staff didn't allow him to get in. They said, visitors not allowed even for a minute. We were ready to pay for another rooms charge, which they rejected saying we don't have a room. Mind it, we wanted to be there for half an hour. Very bad behavior and no hospitality at all. Don't go there ever.

Its an "okay" place to stay on budget or a short trip

My stay at this place was just "okay" since I was looking for budget options. Nothing much to complain. If the hotel management could spend a little more effort & money, they can easily make it a three star experience.
Good things about this place:
Budget & value for money
Friendly staff
Convenient location for many purposes
Concerns:
Desk or table in the room is too small that a laptop will make it fully occupied.
Nearby building wall is the view for some of the rooms.
Archaic TV & AC but still they are fully functional
No iron board or iron box available.
No electric kettle available even if you demand.
Hot water facility is available only in the morning from 6 to 10Am so please prepare yourself for a cold shower if you check in any other time.

Not for family.

This hotel borders on the sleazy, but isn't. It is in a prime location. Jayanagar, 4th block.
The room is decent. The bed linen looks okay, and is fine for a one night stay.
The bathroom was smelly, but not bad for a quick wash and morning duties.
Television worked well. AC was on but I didn't need it because of the wonderful Bangalore weather.
Overall, a hotel for a solo male traveller for a quick one night stay. Anything more either on number of people or nights stayed, please go elsewhere.
