Soggiorno terribile
La persona alla reception non ha nemmeno la cortesia di scusarsi quando mi sono lamentato tutti i problemi e si affacciava per tutta la notte. Non vi consiglio questo hotel a tutti di soggiornare anche per un solo giorno.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience faced by you during your stay.
We want to assure you that we take all necessary steps and precautions to make our guests stay as comfortable and as possible, but due to some reasons we could not provide you the stay as expected from us.
We found that the phone issue was due to sudden technical glitch happened with our EPABX system, which was soon repaired.
Similarly, the Mosquito issue is due to the temporary water logged in the nearby drainage of City Council, where construction is going on. However, we try to take as much as precaution to deal with the same which includes, Regular Timely Spray to prevent the mosquito, still the problem caused to you is taken into regretted.
Regarding the switch board, we found that the switches were working properly, it is only due to changes in operating technology, the reception alarm bell (call bell) has been removed from all the rooms. However the switches are still left in the rooms.
We are deeply concerned with the issues raised by you.
We assure that, if you give us the opportunity to serve you again, you will definitely find improvement in your next stay up to your expectations.
Once again we deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you due to lack of services.

Sono rimasto soddisfatto
Ho dovuto muovermi tempo enuf tullsatsen fare il check-out il cibo ma um abbastanza sicuro che sarebbe stata la pena av gli standard
Avendo un umile, intelligente e dolce receptionist come hanno aggiunge al fascino dell'hotel. Apprezzo le donne arricchendo dall'hotel in un posto come Betul che non è molto sviluppato, e una lode per la ragazza per la gestione e lavorando con tutti gli uomini intorno.

Decent but pricey stay
Pros:-
1. Location: Centrally located in short distance of Court, ATM etc;
2. Clean room with good air conditioning;
3. Decent western toilet;
4. Well behaved and helpful staff with good hospitality;
5. Room service with limited options available.
Cons:-
1. Needs maintenance;
2. No restaurant for dining;
3. No decent eating options nearby.
I stayed for 1 night in the suite room. Room was large, with a king-sized bed and decent linens. Paid Rs 3300 for a night without breakfast. Quite steep, considering its standard. But you have hardly any better options in Betul.
Overall okay for a night.
