Poor Service, Pathetic Room and Fraud way of billing and intentionally giving wrong information
When I called them to know about room, tarrif, checkin and checkout timing they told me 24 hrs.
But all the information given by them was wrong.
During telephonic converstion they told me anytime you can check in and your checkout time will be 24hrs from your checkin time.
They shared with me picks of luxury room with all amenities but room conditions were also worst.
At the time of checkout the scenario was completely different at that point of time they started saying that Checkin Checkout time is from 11.00 am to 11.00 am. They charged me just double.
Rooms was also bad smelly old dumped bed, Unfinished furniture in room was old scrap, no exhaust fan and geaser in Bathroom. The Bathroom also doesn’t had any mirror. The mirror in the room was broken, electricity plug panel was not properly fixed to wall. There were spot on the wall of room. From roof interior was also very bad. Somewhere it was looking like lace(tape) was hanging on the roof and many more.
I am also sharing video of room where I stayed.

Worst and highly unpleasant

Today I stayed in room Number208 and could not sleep whole night as the room is highly infected by bed bugs and cockroach. Staff is not attentive and showing many unacceptable excuses. Locks are not proper. Cleanness is not proper. Unwashed bed sheets are being used repeatedly.

Very bad

I had always stayed in this hotel. Now this given very bad experience time to time. Last time I have paid three days payment for 30 hours stay. I call to room service for breakfast for first day they replied not include for you today. Tomarow we provide you. I have take my luggage my to my room.
I calling reception for water, shampoo, soap, towel. Not room Clean proper and very late room service. Many time calling for food. Not good food provide. This hotel is total waste of money.

Good housekeeping service and food quality is very nice and Rohit and Udit and Vikash they are very great and helpfulll housekeeping is the best if we are Bhopal then we will recoomonded this hotel only
