1st time in Bhopal from London. All staff members made it a great experience
Went with Family and Kids!!! Loved the rooms.. Loved the food and loved the staff.. Great Value for money over other similar hotels!!!.. Location is nice and peacefull for india.. no horns early morning.. had a hot shower daily.. aircon worked... what more can i say...

Pathetic service and hospitality
We have visited yesterday with the family to restaurent but we have received pathetic service in restaurent seems this restaurent not for family only for young people , even some of them abusive next to our table— few experience like -, buzzer no one bother to answer
Order taken almost after 10 mins when we remind them
Food delay almost 50 mins ,we waited so long that I have to remind waiters to rush for food.
as per server some other event going on so kitchen and service busy( that’s not acceptable when some one paying )
No senior came and even understand family concerns
Lasagnae dish took almost 1 hour to serve.
Food taste also average and portion size for indian food is too small.
Cheese chilli naan never serve.
No finger bowl given and showed us the way to use restroom like road side restaurant.
Over all No hospitality and connection with guests.
I would not suggest families to try this restaurant at all

Was good but slightly noisy. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a lovely stay at the Ten Suites. It was a perfect little oasis with a fantastic bathroom. We enjoyed the restaurant and cafe as well. We were happy to use the online menu but sometimes trying to read off your phone screen in bright sunlight is hard so would have appreciated a paper menu! Our host was super helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Beautiful property but needs work
I was very impressed by the pictures, and rightly so. The property is beautiful.
Full marks for the
1. decor and theme
2. food is delicious
3. Location
What's disappointing is
1. It could be cleaner, the washroom, the beds etc., which is a big turndown.
2. Full of mosquitoes also because they have many plants indoors and outdoors but have not tackled the mosquito issue
3. They had an afternoon party when I was staying, and the music was so loud that I was surprised how this could be allowed in a hotel
Then I realised it's a boutique hotel that may need to be fully fledged in the hotel business, hence the lack of service and professionalism.
Overall it's a beautiful place but has immense scope for improvement. If you go in with this expectation, you'll be less disappointed.
