Excellent Guest house

It a very well furnished guest house with all modern facilities. It is famous for tasty food and good service. Overall good deal at reasonable prices. So, I really like this guest house and very satisfied to their service.

My best get together

I have a great get together with my family in this hotel where we have recently visited. It is a well furnished and very clean hotel and the foods of this hotel are just incredible. It suitable for every kinds of tourists.

The location was great

This was a great hotel at this specific location. The manager of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Their hospitality with quick sevices and attendance was appreciable. The room was very big with clean and comfortable bed.

An ordinary hotel

An average property. Pretty much suited for a short stay and single person.
In spite of low budget, what I found attractive about this hotel is very courteous and well trained staff.
Overall best value of property.

Terrible Experience

Stayed for one night on 8th June 2015. Staff were very rude and know nothing about customer service. Charged additional full day rate for 4 hours late check out and behaved very bad. Rooms were very small and dirty. Even toilet is not cleaned properly. A/C was inactive, as good as a fan. It looked like a roadside cheap motel, too expensive for the price they charge.
They say free breakfast and serve bread and an omelette. Kolkata is a lovely place for food, but they screw the whole image of the city. Asked for dinner and there were no options... roti and potato curry!
NEVER Recommend anyone to stay their.. just explore the nearby area there are plenty of options available.
