Great bar and restaurant

We visited the bar and restaurant twice. We didn't eat as our hotel provided food. The prices were acceptable. Clean place. Great atmosphere and very hospitality. Staff were keen to help, serve and advice. DJ or live band on some nights. They also do karaoke but we missed that.

Terrific place that solves the need for an evening out in Cavelossim

Mike's Place is clean,well lit, a dress-up-and-go ambience, with live music to listen or dance to every evening.The food is superb, and the service thoughtful.Have been going there almost every night for a week.The music ends by 10 pm.Great family restaurant with hearty multicuisine. The prices are good value.The place is almost always full

Visit during New Year’s eve

Worst place I have been to. They don’t want Indians in their restaurant. The staff is rude. Their are many restaurants in Goa which serve good food, have courteous staff and great ambience.
Manager just doesn’t know how to behave with the customers , won’t recommend for sure !!

Excellent Stay

I stayed at Mikes in February for 3 weeks and couldn't fault it. The room was great with TV, fridge, safe, huge wet room and balcony. The bed was huge and after mentioning that I had a bad back, Lizzie, Mikes wife arranged for a topper!!! As I was on my own I had some concerns, but Lizzie and the staff (Bosco) couldn't have been kinder. Breakfast was also included. Food in the restaurant was excellent and no worries regarding loud music as it never went on late. Hope to return next year.

A lively place for dinner in South Goa

Dropped in for dinner last night thinking we had been misinformed as there were only 2 couples present but within an hour the place was almost full. The food was tourist orientated rather than spicy which was good for a change. The 'kulfi' desert was superb. The live band were warming up as we were leaving. I'll have to come again later next time and book an outer table.
