Worst Experience
Not clean. Very bad experience faced. No hot waters. No proper response.
It's only nearby Central Station that's only advantage.
This tye of room will be avaliable in cheaper when compared this type.
Need to improve more in arrangements

Worst Hotel I have ever encountered
Starting from the Room size, Cleanliness, Manager Behaviour, Staff Behaviour, all are so so so bad. There were cockroaches and lots of mosquitoes in the hotel room. The manager was so arrogant and ill mannered. They told me some different tariff on phone including breakfast and tax and after coming to hotel they clearly denied that. even after that we came to Chennai in an unplanned way so we decided to give the hotel a shot as we were very new to the city.
We asked if we can do an early check-in, they agreed on the same first, after that during the checkout, we even did in morning 8:15 AM they started to make a scene that it is counted as second day now and we never agreed on early check-in. They told us that we are "lying" , it was the manager who sits at the lobby ( don't know his name but, healthy body, moustache, and little dark in complexion). I was with my family and he showed his unprofessional, not at all acceptable behaviour towards us. He lied about many things there.
Coming to the room discription, it's not very poor quality if you see at first sight but very small, sometime ac water will leak, cockroaches in the room, bed was not clean ( I saw it myself while they were preparing other rooms, they didn't change the sheets even ) and lots of mosquitoes that I couldn't sleep well.
About the breakfast it was okay, but as promised of buffet they will provide only idli sambhar chutney from outside.
Overall I will not like to give even a single star to this hotel. Please try some other hotels nearby, last time I stayed in "Pearl International", it was very nice and I enjoyed the stay there.
This hotel is a waste.
And I saw a certificate of "Goibibo" giving them 8.2 stars, trust me guys this was a scam in which I fell.
*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL ***
Next doors hotels are much better,
Try these instead,
Orion Residency : Cheaper and better.
Pearl International: A bit costly but has a class.

location and the price stands out.
The best is the price which is lot cheaper compared to the other accommodation places nearby.
