Great Stay with Excellent Service and Convenient Location

Had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room service food was delicious, and the rooftop pool-view bar and restaurant had a great ambiance with excellent drinks. The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially if you have a VFS biometrics appointment nearby. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overpriced and Not Worth the Money

Very disappointing and overpriced. The only advantage is the location, especially its proximity to the US Visa Biometric Centre. It feels like the property is taking advantage of this location and charging an unreasonable premium. The prices are nowhere near justified by the quality or service. The food quality was pathetic for the 5-star pricing and was a major disappointment. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless the location is your only priority.

Terrible Experience – Loud Rat Noise All Night

The location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere of the room were good. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews and was conveniently located near the US visa biometrics center.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay. I was unable to sleep the entire night because rats were running, fighting, and making loud noises inside the false ceiling. The noise was constant, especially between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
I informed the hotel receptionist about the issue, but no effective assistance or solution was provided. For a hotel that charges a premium price, I expected much better maintenance and customer service. The rat problem made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I cannot recommend this hotel unless this issue is resolved.

Underwhelming experience for ₹5300 — too mechanical

Had a decent but underwhelming experience at the Park Elanza spa. I opted for a 75-minute massage for ₹5,300. The therapist was undoubtedly professional, but it was obvious she was highly restricted by the operators' guidelines, which made the treatment feel mechanical rather than soothing. For ₹5,300, I was expecting a deeply relaxing, high-end experience, but the operational restrictions held the service back. I hope management looks into this so guests can actually get their money's worth.

The property was average. Although the Expedia booking included a breakfast buffet, staff informed us that it was not included. The rooms were smaller than anticipated. The hotel's main benefit was its convenient location near the US Biometric Center, but overall, it was just average.
