Serendipity

It was an accidental booking instead of another hotel but the moment I was given a complimentary spa for refreshing, as I arrived much earlier than the check in time and the way the staff, all around, helped me to be comfortable, going one step beyond, made me like the hotel immediately. Much better than my expectations. Also I got a room overlooking the Guindy national park, though required little pessering. The spa, the rooftop infinite pool and the fitness center, all were excellent.

Superb , as usual !

Excellent stay as usual ( its my third time here) . Staff is extremely friendly , smooth check in . The room was well appointment, sleep quality was Excellent!
