Feels like Second Home

Excellent experience, it's a second home for me , as I travel with my mom for my business visit , my mom used to stay in room full day , she feels very safe and comfortable and she enjoys this place more than me , great food and extraordinary service , they remembered my grandmother who came with us for one trip even after several months , It's a perfect place for everyone, family, business trip , solo, This hotel is the best , no second opinion on this hotel , Most safest and comfortable place , I'll give more than 10 stars for this

Small improvement and training for attitude of Bell boys

Everything about the hotel, cleanliness, current house keeping, breakfast, location is good except for some staff especially the bell boys at reception who don't want to pick the bags or hold the door open as they think it rich vs poor and if they hold the door open for guest then it below their dignity or some sorts was the vibe, I experienced this both times at the time of checking in when the boy all most threw my bag and while checking out he just accompined me not even offering to help a women in mid 50s with her two daughters.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff

I was truly impressed by my stay at this hotel in Coimbatore. It’s a wonderful three-star accommodation with an excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and the staff was incredibly warm. During my stay, there were even some renovations, which made the modern design stand out even more. The location is central, in a lively district, but it’s on a quiet side street, so despite the traffic, you have a surprising peace and relatively good air for Coimbatore standards. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in an Indian hotel. I would come back anytime and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Totally worth it !!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was quick, professional, and made the whole experience feel premium.
