Nice Place (February 2016)

I had visited this place for business and found it is just about nice. The breakfast options are all good. The room service is nice. The location is also good. I would suggest that it is good for a stay of 3-4 days. Overall, would recommend.

I had a terrible experience.

The staff are not well behaved and the charges for a non a/c room for 3 people is 1600. The amenities like wifi are not working properly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had a terrible experience here.

nightmare experience

We we're 3 ladies who booked 1 a,/c room on 8th Nov 19 and when booking clearly mentioned that we need room which is closely accessible to the reception. We checked in and left our things in the room and left to Palaghat for temple visit. We returning in the right at 11pm and when we tried opening
it the door to our school the door was already open and our things were missing.
When we approached the reception they gave irresponsible response stating that the room we booked was not good and hence they had kept our things on office room. We we're shocked by the response. Moreover when we checked our baggage our things were missing. We got the hotel owners number from reception and complained him about the service they provided. It was more shocking that he didn't bother about that. Since we were ladies we didn't complain to police. The rooms were dirty, no water, and worst room service. We had to check out room next day without any solution. We would recommend all the public not to choose such hotels which are providing worst customer service. We had travelled all throughout Kerala aand Tamil Nadu and never had such experience

No water, front desk doesn't care

Stayed here because of convenient and quiet location 44m east of the train station. They gave me a room with a bottle of water, a towel and soap. I tried to shower but there was no water, hot or cold. I tried several hours later, same. The front desk refused to help just said have a good trip.

Ok hotel to stay for a night

Bed was really comfy, wifi was good, location close to train station. Compared to other budget hotels around the station cleaningless in room was good, but bathroom was disgusting and smelled like piss (but still better than other bathrooms we saw in that price range). Shower was warm and nice.
Nice that they rent the room for 24 hours so we could stay in the room during the day before we caught the next train.
