Awesome experience

I enjoyed a stay at Ratna residency. Room is maintained in a clean manner. House keeping is good. Complementary breakfast providing at restaurant is fine. Overall a good experience in hotel.

Memories made

I had traveled with my family for the first time to Coimabatore to attend the Maha Shivratri night at the Isha Ashram. I was very happy with the efficiency level of the staff at the hotel. All of them were so courteous n ready to help guests in all needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The people are amazing but the hotel needs an update

The people that run this hotel are amazing - truly lovely calm kind helpful gorgeous people - they could not do enough for us - the guy on reception & the people in the restaurant were just fantastic. They are let down by a hotel that needs a really good update - the rathna group need to invest in this property the way their staff have done.

Great hotel, good location and very humble staff

My experience was really awesome with this hotel. The location is really nice, it’s hardly 10min walk from shopping area of the main city. Entire staff is very friendly, right from reception to the ones in the restaurant and other maintenance staff. Particularly thr lady who was handling reception (Ms Bharathi) was very humble and cooperative. She answered all questions promptly and helped by providing city locations and shopping related details. Food I the restaurant is good, it suggested to try Paneer Butter Masala which was prepared very tasty. Overall a great experience and would love to check in here again.

Enjoyable comfortable stay

We stayed in this hotel last June,then September,October and again in November.We enjoyed our stay each time.Staff are very courteous and cooperative and they are willing to help and support..Rooms are neat and clean.They are spacious too.Location is very good since it is only walkable distance from railway station.Everything is excellent.But the restaurants are slightly expensive.Taste is good.Overall a hotel where everyone can enjoy.
