Sports fans will be able to enjoy a fitness center. You won’t be bored as at the resort you will find a library. For participants of business meetings, there is a business center and event facilities. There are playrooms for children at the resort. They will be having so much fun that you might have to spend the evening with adults. Want to have an excursion? Consult the tour assistance desk of the resort. For the free movement around the city, the resort offers a transfer for you. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, press and a safe-deposit box. The staff of the resort will be happy to talk to you in English.Room amenities The room is warmly decorated and has everything you need to have a rest after a long eventful day. There is a DVD player, a shower, a TV, a bathrobe and slippers. Please note that the listed services may not be available in all the rooms.

Disappointing Experience at R.J Resort
1. Staff Hospitality:The staff at R.J Ressorts were notably rude and unhelpful. Their lack of hospitality was evident, and it's clear that there's room for improvement in the way they interact with guests.
2. Cab Booking Experience:I strongly advise against booking any cabs through the hotel. My personal experience with this service was far from satisfactory, and I would recommend exploring alternative transportation options.
3. Dinner Varieties:The dinner offerings lacked variety, and I found it to be a poor value for money. I would suggest considering dining options in the Mall Road area, where you might find a better selection of restaurants offering more appealing choices.
4. Room Soundproofing: The room I stayed in was not adequately soundproofed, leading to disturbances that affected the overall quality of my stay.
5. Room Heater Issues: The room heater initially provided was not working, and it was only replaced upon my request. This inconvenience added a layer of discomfort to the stay.
6. Overall Ambiance: On a positive note, the physical location and ambiance of R.J Ressorts were commendable. The surrounding area contributed positively to the overall experience.
7. Value for Money: Given the shortcomings, especially in staff hospitality, and considering the price range, I would hesitate to recommend R.J Ressorts. There are likely better alternatives in the same price range that offer a more satisfying and welcoming experience.
While the location and physical aspects of R.J Ressorts have their merits, the issues with staff hospitality, cab services, dinner offerings, and room amenities significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I would recommend exploring other options in the area for a more enjoyable stay.

WASTE OF MONEY / VERY POOR SERVICE / DIRTY ROOMS / BAD BATHROOMS

NO ROOM SERVICE, LESS STAFF, BATHROOM CEILING LEAKAGE....
ABOVE ALL, HOTEL RECEPTIONIST HANDOVER ROOM KEY WITHOUT CLEAING LAST GUEST'S TRASH LIKE USED DINNER PLATES, USED GLASSES, USED TEA CUPS, EVEN BED WAS NOT CLEANED, NIGHT PARTY SNACKS ON FLOOR EVERY WHERE.
THIS HOTEL ALSO CHEAT ON ROOM ALLOCATION, THEY WILL TAKE ROOM BOOKING AS DELUX ROOM AND WILL ALLOCATE YOU SIMPLE SMALL ROOM WITH SMALL BED.
IN ANY CASE PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE. THANK YOU
