WORST BREAKFAST, BEST ROOM
only the breakfast was disappointing...
I was expecting being a 4STAR rated hotel to include the following in their breakfast:-
"QUOTE"
The norm for a 4-star hotel breakfast includes an expansive hot and cold buffet alongside an à la carte menu. Guests expect premium quality ingredients, live cooking stations (e.g., made-to-order eggs or waffles), and barista-made coffees.Core ExpectationsThe Spread: A combination of a continental and hot buffet. Expect fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, artisan bread, charcuterie boards, premium cheeses, and a variety of cereals and yogurts.Hot Dishes: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, roasted vegetables, and beans.Made-To-Order: Chefs preparing items on request, such as omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, or French toast.Beverages: High-quality coffee and espresso specialties, loose-leaf teas, and fresh-squeezed juices (like orange or grapefruit).

to my surprise ,the restaurant attendant informed they only have ALA CARTE menu but i was not shown the menu so I just informed the attendant to arrange for me toast, butter and jam with Tea.
the tea was just warm ....i asked for cheese but they kept on brnging butter instead of cheese.

Annual visit to family temple
Customer comfort is the last in their priority with other amenities like wifi practically non-existent.
Attitude of the management which translates to attitude of the staff was very evidently bad, especially being dishonest to clients about basic facilities.
Strongly recommended to not attempt to stay at such lousy places
