Superb experience, waiting to return
What a fabulous property. Well maintained huge property. But the highlight is the staff. We were super early due to flight changes, but Umanand promptly gave us an early check in. Very helpful to have such staff around. Our butler was Kartik- a young boy who really elevated the experience during and after the stay. Set up a tent inside the room for my daughter. Some treats were sent for her. Not only this, he ensured that some items that were left behind my me were courier back to me home! No fuss. Food was fabulous. Sways ready to serve you something not on the buffet or menu. The dinner buffet was great quality and the restaurant manager - a tall lady ( forget her name) was always calm and helpful. Definitely returning.

When you have personnel’s like Mr Arun Vishnu and Mr Dibyajyoti heading a property, you can be rest assured of its quality and service.
The property is massive, close to 50+ acres of lush green blissfulness along with plenty of water bodies within it.
The food was top quality with a large spread.
Some key people who made the stay great
1. Mr Arun Vishnu - his attention to the stay truly elevated my experience
2. Mr Dibyajyoti - the quiet executioner who got everything done with such finesse
3. Sourabh - one of the most sport spoken prompt and attentive butlers
4. Mr Prakash - The pastry chef who baked the best indulgent white chocolate cake for me
5. Aseem - Took care of us at the sauna/steam area
6. Ramen - our server for breakfast who was friendly and prompt for all our requests
7. Vanshita - made the breakfast special with a sweet gesture
Only challenge that needs to be tackled is: Better training of staff who have high guest/customer interaction. There seems to be some disconnect in the ethos of St Regis to the behavior of some stuff. If that is taken care of, this property can easily compete as one of the best across the country.

It's a perfect resort, everything including the room, property, service, staff and the entire team is flawless. Really exemplary of how a 5 star resort should be run. Will definitely stay here again.
