For me, pleasant stay

For a 22-day panchakarma treatment, I stayed the entire time at Arthigamya. First room the AC was not working. But after discussing, I could change my room. And the staff organized a Moskito net over my bed.
All staff were very very friendly, kind and for me it was a very pleasant stay. There are a team of room cleaning. They are five people. They were so lovely and ask me for if I need water or toilet paper. Don't forget to give them a tip. They're doing a very great job.
Everything around is clean.
I had a few spiders inside, but the staff fixed a open door at the next morning.
It is near to Arya Ayurvedic Centre, just a few minutes walk.

Stay away from this unhygienic resort

There are only cons in Arthigamiya
- Found Hair in food in Infinity Restaurant, back to back in Bada. Kesar bath and Idly. We were told breakfast comes from Godavari Group hotel and they will inform management. Biriyani in lunch was unpalatable with yellow rice cooked in coconut oil.
- There were insects and bugs crawling on the bathroom curtain and room wall.
- ACs are from 1960's and do not work properly, temps couldn't be changed. We were told this property was newly leased and that equipments were getting replaced.
Stay away from this dirty and unhygienic resort. You are bound get disentry or bug bites.

Everything in life is about expectations. I’m not quite sure why this is described as a resort or a spa since it’s neither. It’s basically a very lively and quite fun karaoke bar with accommodation at the end of the path (you don’t hear the karaoke so that’s not a problem). Location is super convenient for the beach. Rooms are basic and the finishing is pretty wretched. But it does the job. As long as your expectations are modest and you are open-minded, you’ll be fine. It is however comically expensive for what it is (for a proper resort experience visit CGH on Om Beach).

Worst experience ever in Goa!

My worst experience in Goa so far. A definite attitude problem with the staff at the beach terrace restaurant, although the the food was lovely although top end pricing. The beer was 270 which is the most I have ever paid in Goa. Although it wasn't the hotels fault, there was also a problem with attitude towards us ( European tourists) from most wealthy Indian guests. They tried to play soothing zen type music, but this was drowned out by loud music from the next terrace. The toilets were disgusting!

This is the worst experience of my stay

We had a very bad experience with this property. Rude and unprofessional staff. Untrained staff with huge attitude. We reviewed this property on instagram and Facebook but they deleted our reviews just because it was true and they didn’t like them. Guess they don't want to accept that they need improvement. Plz don't call it spa and resort. This place has way too low standards in hospitality.
Biggest scam, they dont have a spa. So not sure about what they are calling themselves. All paid positive reviews
No room cleaning for 3 days
No pool cleaning in 3 days. There was oil floating in the pool water. Refer the pictures
Poor hospitality
Broken table and lights
