Very pleasant experience

The staff were courteous and professional, especially the front desk team who made check-in and check-out quick and smooth. My room was clean, well-furnished.
One downside was the slightly noisy air conditioning unit, which was a bit disruptive

Nice hotel

It was one pf our best experiences in a hotel.The staff of the hotel was very good .It is very close to all the sightings in city The food served was fresh and delicious.The rooms were clean and maintained.Parking is also provided by them.It was a very nice experience

One day stay

We stayed there for one day only in march. It was good experience. Room was okish, Breakfast was good. Bedsheets/towel/bathroom were not clean. Location was great. Overall it was a fine saty with what we paid for ( it was a discounted price).

Worst experience

Dirty pillows, there was no towel and staff was so rude, staff was disturbing us for advance and for early check out,Manager was manners less, pathetic experience I have ever had, door lock was not working,it was my 3rd stay here but I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

For Family it's worth it

Nice stay to live here whenever you comes haridwar. Always got opportunity to get the room.
Reception is very generous and helping.its good to come again always . Very neat to har ki poring.
I will recommend to those having kids and don't want separate rooms.
