Best

We stayed here for the second time and we would prefer no other place. People are courteous, rooms clean, posh and comfortable. Hot water available 24 hrs. Good parking space. Waiters help with out luggage. Best in h hassan.

Okay Place to stay for business travel

Okay Place to stay for business travel.
Avoid if u r on Holiday Travel.
Worst Front Desk service. .
Rooms was very small and there was pillar at the corner.
Cleaniness is okay.
No Paid channel and only few kannada and Hindi channel s.
Food can be ordered from opposite restaurant.
So many review s are given regarding front desk service guy but seems management s not bothering all.
During check Itself reaction was like why these guys came.
No facilitation to carry Luckages.
Staffs are simply seeing the guest to carry.
Asked about Food menu card and no proper response.
For 3 People only 1 towel was given.
Last. During check out.
They went to check the room and we had been waiting and front desk guys know.
After 15 mins went and asked, then he casually Says it was done long back.

Decent hotel with a 24 hours stay

Best thing about this hotel is that they have the 24 hours check in which is good. The hotel is located in the middle of the city on BM road. The hotel staffs were good and polite. The service was great and the rooms were nice and spacious. There is no restaurant in this hotel but you can have it at Suvarna gate which is opposite to this. The manager at reception was honest and told us not to take any autos or taxis to visit Halebeedu, Belavadi and Belur. He said that there are plenty of buses available which can be availed.

Neat and clean rooms

This is in BM road. We stayed here 3persons and cost rupees 1750+GST.
The rooms are clean and its very near to the city local bus stand. Its opposite to Suvarna lodge. The room service also good. You can also reserve through phone initially I called and then arrived in the night. Compare to nearby lodges this one is little costlier. 2km to Railway station and 1km to ksrtc hus stand and 500m to old bus stand. This is in main road so it be noisy so ask on the other side rooms

Excellent Hospitality

I stayed here in July second week. Hospitality of the staff is excellent. The hotel is located in the city center and you won't find it difficult to spot.
Rooms - 10/10. I stayed in AC room and the room was perfect of 2 persons. The fittings are really good and bed was comfy. The toilet was neat and clean.
Room service - 10/10 Employees are super friendly and helpful. We had issues with hot water availability but it was fixed without much delay and did not cause inconvenience to guests.
I will stay here again if I am visiting Hassan in future.
