Nessuno sforzo per restituire il pacco smarrito
Ma...
La mattina della nostra partenza, un piccolo pacco era stato consegnato all'hotel per me, con il mio nome e il numero di camera chiaramente stampati su di esso. Tuttavia, dopo il check-out, l'ho lasciato alla reception e ho scoperto solo che l'avevo lasciato all'arrivo nel nostro prossimo hotel a oltre 300 km di distanza. Abbiamo contattato l'hotel ma ci hanno detto che non c'era. 2 giorni dopo, dopo che il nostro agente di viaggio ha contattato ripetutamente l'hotel, hanno detto che era nel loro "ufficio Lost&found". Pur avendo tutti i miei dati di contatto in archivio, non hanno fatto alcuno sforzo per notificarmi o tentare di restituirlo. Insoddisfacente per un hotel costoso.

We would like to clarify that the package in question was located in your room after your departure and was subsequently secured by our team. Once your travel agent reached out to us, the parcel was handed over to them upon their visit to the hotel.
