Perfect stay in Jaisalmer!

We had a perfect stay in Hotel Jaswant Palace. Our room, with a view of the fort, was very comfortable, quiet and clean; the roof terrace was perfect for relaxing at sunset and in the evenings.
The owners are the kindest hosts, who gave us an incredibly warm welcome and looked after us very well, never hesitating to answer our questions and help make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
A highlight was Ganpat’s desert safari, where we camped in a remote part of the dunes, ate delicious food and had a very comfortable night’s sleep. The guides were fantastic and made this a really special experience for us.
Thank you and we will be back again!

Wasn't able to pay bill upon arrival or when I offered about 4 subsequent times. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with their communication with hotels.com Eventually I told them the amount and paid it. Also confusion about the fact that breakfast was included with the booking.
Bed was very short, maybe 5ft 9 inches and my feet would hang over edge if I stretched out.

Overnight stay

The location is excellent, the staff very professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Stayed there for a night and it was all I needed. The owners gave me great recommendations for activities and restaurants around town.
Great view on the fortress from the room.

Great budget hotel

Clean for the price and the staff was very friendly. The shower is not perfect as you sometimes can’t get hot water. However, for this price in Jaisalmer, you can’t expect everything to be perfect. Highly recommended for someone looking for a cheap place to stay, but those that are not used to traveling in emerging countries should probably go for a hotel priced around 3000 rupees or so.
Many hotels in India use fake reviews but you can trust this owner, which is the most important thing. Overall a very good hotel

Nice view fort view room

felt really welcomed! Nice place with beautiful rooms and a rooftop restaurant where you can get food and have time to relax. Booked here our halfday desert tour and it was also perfect and non touristic. The owner and all staff were so nice every time, offered drinks, were helpful, quick and easygoing. Would come back and definitely recommend.
