1 Rooms are small
2 Staffs behaviour satisfactory (not like professionals in hotel)
3 No mineral water bottles provided in room.

After we came back to the room we found cockroaches running on the bed and response is pathetic saying they will look into onto
We checked in to the hotel. After we went out and came back to the room we found cockroaches running on the bed and response is pathetic saying they will look into onto issue only next day. His expression is like it's your problem I can't do anything. I believe it's the hotel responsibility to take care of these issues. Unhygiene is the reason for cockroaches running on the bed. They need better service. They are strict with checkin and check out timings but lack in hygiene and maintenance factors.

my first experience at this Hotel
Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff very cordial in their behavior. No proper ventilation in the room There is a window facing a building about 4 ft away ..parking of cars is problem as basement parking can at best accommodate 4 cars. and the area in front of the hotel can hold 3 cars but as the vegetarian restaurant UPASANA is very popular and so you may get parking only at night.
Complimentary breakfast is not there if you book online.
Room service is very prompt and they serve excellent vegetarian food.
Centrally located and good for a day/s stay.

Great place and comfortable hotel
A very good place to stay in Kanchipuram. people working are so kind and helping. the rooms are so clean. breakfast is just awesome. the restaurant inside hotel is best one for food.price is reasonable.
