Apart from the location on the beach, there's nothing good about this place. Avoid staying at this place if you are traveling with family

WARNING...it's a scam
The property is not what is shown on this website.
The aircon wasn't working. There was no wifi in the room. Booking was for 2 people, only 1 towel was provided that too dirty. Sheets were filthy with stains on them. The tv wasn't working....the property is not maintained. The beach is 500meters walk but there are warnings on the beach saying no swimming due to heavy current.
The restraunt attached has timings for meals and if you are not there in time, no food is available. There is no room service. Infact there is no intercom in the room
Toilets are filthy. Broken towel hangers broken faucets....broken hand jet
There is no other shack on the beach or vendors to sell you anything. The beach is completely uninhabited
Do not go here if you wish to enjoy yourself. The nearest lively beach is 45 minutes away called Om beach or gokarna beach....go there
There was no one at the reception to help us
The property's manager vinod was unapologetic and directly asked if we are not happy we can leave....promised a refund and nothing us refunded till now
It's 1 week ...the property manager Vinod and owner Bhaskar is not accepting calls or responding to our messages

Booking.com should at least verify the properties before allowing listing in their website.

I am not satisfied with them
1) walls are cracked, no painting done.
2) room service is not very prompt if scheduled hours is missed.
3) room 203 a/c do not work well. room 201 toilet basin leaks water & corset holder broken.
4) food is good, nice portions but breakfast is not good at all. just proved the word, anything free is subject to verification (it is complimentary).
5) too much power issue.
6) though 3/4 plug points are given, not all power plug points work normally. In actual, it's just 1/2 which are under working condition.
7) if power cut is there, apart from fan light nothing else works.
