Very bad hotel

Very bad hotel & hotel staff. They even don't provided a dust bin in our room. The hotel charge too much. One will find the good hotel in katra in half price. If you are with family try to avoid this hotel. The guy at reception is Very bad in behavior.

Very worst experience

Very bad experience. Receptionist person are not cooperative, talking behaviour is very very poor.Room is not also gud & not working anything like tv, phone &no dustbin.walking area is not clean because a lot of garbage collect on side.Not clean reception area washroom .

Book only if there's 'C' word written on your forehead

It is terrible. Rooms shown on apps are totallly different than you will find in real. Acs and fans in this hotel are a joke. Rooms stench like a public urinal and even bus stand washrooms are better than what you will find there. Above all, the staff is rude. My message to the owner of this property is only that it will close down soon if you rely on such staff. 500 rupaye per night se jyada ek laksa bhi is hotel me dena mahabewakoofi hai

Bad experience in katra

Worst experience....... everything is so so so so bad hmne room book kiya jis jgha us se alg building me room diya or condition was.......so bad.....and then staff told.......ap khi or room dekh lohm family ke sath gye the...bche the....ye log dusra hotel dikha kr khi or kaise thra skte h.....or upr se is trha ka misbehave......

Worst experience

We recently travelled with family and reached late night at the hotel. Nobody was at the reception, called many times on the given number but no one picked. So finally, we met the caretaker, and he showed us the rooms. Whatever rooms they have shown in the pictures our rooms were entirely different. It was late night, and we were with family otherwise we could have booked some other hotel on the spot. Door mats were too dirty.
Morning while taking bath water supply had cut in all our rooms. This is one of the pathetic experience one can have. I booked the hotel with breakfast which we didn't get on 1st day and 2nd day we got the breakfast but not on time, I would highly recommend not to book this hotel, if booking then don't opt breakfast. Amount that I paid here for breakfast, I could have easily gotten some good options outside.
When I told them about the experience while making the final payment they didn't pay attention to any of our problems.
