A suitable, fine house by the sea

The narrow road leading to the house passes through very fine backwaters, swerving left and right before turning a sharp left to an almost deserted slice of land and sea, divided by fine casuarina trees. The beach is long, clean and almost deserted.
Coming to the beach house: it's very comfortable, prides itself of a lovely dinner table and live kitchen on the terrace, the sea and backwaters at it's opposite ends. Food is delicious; rooms conformable and equipped with balconies, a table and two chairs, too.
We would always come back to Aneesh's fine beach house and revel in a part of city that is far from the deafening (sometimes) tourist.

Fantastic location for relaxing with an amazing Host

The house is fantastically located with the beach a stones throw away in front of the house and cooling lagoons behind. The sea breeze keeps the mosquitos away so chilling out in the airy social area on the top floor is lovely. The beach is quiet, sandy and mercifully clean.
The house is on Vypin Island which has all amenities that you could want. It is about 40 mins from Kochi and the same time away from the local/international airport. We stayed for 3 days and didn't feel the need to stray too far away from the house's beautiful location.
Finally Anish; the host, is a lovely guy, and offered us support and advice interacting with the local area and people! We couldn't have asked for more from him.
Stay here!

Amazing place

Stayed here for 3 nights with 10 friends. We had the whole house to ourselves and it was perfect. Very large, open and nicely furnished social area (the whole of the top floor). Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh linen and towels. Great terrace to sit on and appreciate the sea breeze (no mosquitos!) - It is possible to see both sun set and sun rise from the top floor. The beach is very quiet and just accross the road ( which is also v quiet), behind the house is water used for growing rice and fishing. There are outside showers at the back of the house to use after swimming in the sea which was calm and very pleasant to swim in. Anish (host) is a very kind and generous man. He ate dinner with us the first and third nights we were there and we spent time chatting and playing games. He also Organised a cooking lesson for us, helped us hire scooters and drove us around to get food etc. We were able to use the kitchen (well equipted) Breakfast was delicious, simple home cooked traditional kerelan food.
I hope to visit again.

INDRIYA SANDS KUZHUPILLY

Very nice place , nice staffs, tasty Kerala food. good beach, back waters ,pedal and self row boats, fishing, barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, kids play area, good privacy , beautiful place, lots of sea and back water food.

'' Great getaway''

It was only one night stay for our extended family. But enjoyed it to the maximum. It was only 1hour drive from Ernakulam. Great hospitality & delicious food!...accessibility to the clean beach all to ourselves was the highlight of it all!.....never seen these many sea shells!.....
