Very neat and good service

Very comfy and good service, "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. easy access to the beach and main places in fortkochi. Very highly recommended , for both family and business. Special thanks to their staff Mr.Ligin who helped throughout our stay

Terrible service appartment. Avoid this

This property is in a very bad state. Basic amenities like hot water and air con were not working. There's leakage in the bathroom. Host is very unresponsive to the issues. Please avoid booking this.
Ignoreall the positive reviews they are either old or from host.

Home away from home . 5 stars for Fort Beach

Me and my family had a great time staying at Fort Beach service apartment. The location is ideal since it is close to all the tourist attrations. Food and alcohol is available nearby at walking distance . We had a fully functional kitchen but we chose to eat from outside to try the local kochi cuisine and it didn't let us down. The owner Mr. Sandeep was extremely friendly, courteous and was available 24x7 to help us. We got a taxi and house boat trip arranged by Mr. Sandeep and this really was the icing on the cake for our kochi trip. Its the first time i visited Kochi and we were really glad to choose Fort Beach apartment. The flat was sparkling clean and the sheets, washrooms were cleaned by the staff regularly. Thank you Mr. Sandeep & team for a memorable experience. We will definitely visit again once the corona travel restrictions is over. God bless.

Amazing stay

Great place to stay at Fort Kochi. Clean, spacious rooms with beautiful view from the balcony. Special mention to the main host Sandeep the great. Friendly cooperative and felt safe. Many nearby attractions.

A comfortable stay

The apartment is roomy and airy. The kitchen and dining area is a very positive space . Te housekeeping however needs to be regularized and the cleaning needs to be done on a daily basis. The air con in our room stopped working on our last day .
