Not so great experience

I had an opportunity to book this place to stay for 2 nights, so thought to let you' all know my experience during this stay. First of all - the rates are over priced, not worth for the room one would stay. Maybe because Aster Medcity hospital is nearby and not much of good hotels nearby. I doubt if the hotel management would care about the rates, as most of their customers are Arabs and they provide more attention to them. They even boast about it stating they most of their clients are Arabs, which sounds very irritating to me. No proper service for customers who plan for 'early sunrise' check-in.
But otherwise service was OK.
One can book this hotel if they have no other choice & not bothered about rates, as its close to Aster Medcity.

baaaaaaad stay

to take our breakfast we need to go out side of the hotel and the breakfast was very cold...i stayed on july meas on rainy season .me and my wife walk to the restaurant without umbrella
and there is no amenities in room even i book through oyo rooms

Need to raise the level of service

Need some basic telephone etiquettes. Do not call the guest @1am in the night just to check the mode of booking etc.keep toilet clean and and odour free.if you provide complimentary breakfast make sure it is edible, DO NOT buy from a near by shop and complete the formality.one plain dosa which is not edible n a cup of tea isn't complimentary breakfast! Keep the decibel level of the room/door bell at a level which does not annoy or disturb the guests.train your staff on some basic courtesy like hello,thank you etc.
Book this Room when you have no other option!

Two stars for the service the rest is substandard

This was a new hotel picked for its location near the Lullu shopping mall. The toilets flush did not work properly and needed tinkering. The drain stank of raw sewage at times and only one room in the hotel had a hot water shower rest had cold showers.
The staff were helpful and tried to make our stay comfortable but loud music from next door and other guests in the corridors made this stay a pretty awful experience. The teaffic jams at Edapally junction were a nightmare and added hours to any journey. The views from the windows were so bad we kept the curtains closed all the time.

فندق سيئ جدا لا انصح به ، هو فعلا قريب منه الخدمات لكن فندق كل شوي تفصل الكهرب و نظافه ماشي وبدون سكيورتي لدرجه انه الحرامي داخل براحته كانه يقول شوفوني بسرق وبطلع وكنا نحن الضحيه حسبي الله عليه......
