A very well maintained Heritage property

The hotel combines the modern comfort and a well maintained Heritage ambience. The rooms are spacious and well maintained so is the traditional common space. They also have an ayurvedic physician and also provide treatment services. Only problem that faced is the parking which is limited. It would add value if they increase the verity in the complementary breakfast. They also don't have a full time restaurant.

Great stay and awesome experience

It is a wonderful place to stay with family or friends. The ambience and cleanliness was fantastic. I stayed here for one night on my way back from mangalore. The hospitality of the staffs were commendable. The breakfast was so delicious and palatable (Neypathiri with cherupayar curry). It was served with excellent professionalism and attitude. Overall we had an awesome and excellent stay. The property is built with a perfect blend of antique and contemporary style and is maintained extremely well. I would definitely recommend this property. Great value for money. One should not miss the morning walk through walkway in Mahe and go up to the sea shore.

Excellent place to stay in mahe .Tasty food.The chef makes anything on request.The staff are very accommodative. I appreciate the GM and the way he gives suggestions.We had a great time and the rooms were kept clean and neat.

Satisfying Stay

This is a heritage property in Mahe ,well maintained rooms & decent service.
The bathroom was well sanitized & all the bed line was neat & clean , a rarity for hotels in a small town as Mahe.
Breakfast has limited choices but the food on offer was excellent in terms of flavor & taste.
Sagar at the reception was very helpfull in guiding us & recommend their SPA - which was relaxing for both of us.
The hotel rate might seem a bit pricey for a small town as Mahe, but worth when you consider the comfort of that is on offer & the relaxed old world charm on offer.
Would recommend this property , a good experience

Superb, small French colonial-style hotel

Stayed here on a one-night stopover on a motorbike ride around southern India - on the run down from Mangalore to Cochin. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotlessy clean, very comfortable bed, spacious and well appointed bathroom / shower. Dinner was ordered via a conversation with the cook who guided us on availability of dishes that he then went out and bought the ingredients for, before cooking it to perfection and serving it to us in one of our rooms. Breakfast in the dining room was made to order and delicious - plenty of it as well - set us up for a long day. The building itself is magnificent - not so much for its size or grandeur but for the French colonial style in which its built and the overall impression and finish. Cool and airy inside. Easy to find location.
