Beautiful Hotel in Lonavala

Visited Hotel Gautam in Lonavala with my friends for the weekend .
Their rooms are designed like mini palace with beautiful interiors, soothing ambience & amenities that give it a royal touch.
We checked into our room which had a massive bed, clean bathroom, tv and a cozy balcony with a majestic view.
There was a pre wedding shoot going on which was fun to see.
They have two swimming pools , one for kids and one for adults.
Their pure veg restaurant serves delicious buffet spread and their Gujarati thali is highly recommended.
Note :- They serve pure veg and jain food.
It was my friend anniversary and they went all out & decorated their room beautifully to celebrate this special occasions.
Overall we had a delightful stay experience

WORST PROPERTY EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!

Having stayed at 50+ hotels, this was by far the WORST experience ever!
The room was not well-maintained and my towel had a hole in it!!
The hospitality was just awful - the TV did not work and despite telling them thrice - no one came to check it. They have zero service sense!
We had a confirmed two-day booking and yet we were KICKED OUT BECAUSE OF THEIR MESS. The owner didn’t bother responding, and Sameer was extremely rude—zero professionalism and kept on lying!
The hotel looks nice only in photos but the reality is far from it.
There are thousands of properties in Lonavala - pls go to some other place.
If you’re looking for comfort, service, and a hassle-free stay, stay FAR away from this place.
Would NOT recommend it to anyone!

Worst place to visit

The owners are pure money minded. Only want to loot their customers. Not at all providing adequate rooms and services and on top of that they are expecting customers to remain quite and not express their concerns. Absolutely not advisable to visit the property. Place is toooo shabby and dirty, rooms are not at all well maintained. No ac servicing done , you will find cats outside your rooms, bats inside your rooms. Dirt all around. When asked for service the owner blames customers. Their mattresses are full of dust and flies. Better stay in dharamshala instead of throwing your hard earned money in this place. You will surely waste your holidays.

The property is awesome accompanying with rooms were very nice and comfortable, the food and the stay was very homely my trip was memorable and had a great time staying there and must visit for all

Great Stay..

Hotel is nice.. Rooms are good.. Food is very nice.. Need to improve on room service and dinning area needs to be AC. As it was too hot while eating. Overall experience was great l.. It's perfect for Family stay. Good space to playing cricket, badminton just outside the room.
