Good value hotel with good food

Good hotel at the price that i paid. Seems hotel is running on trainees but well done all trainees and F&B team. Rooms are quite small but what do u expect at this price. I remember couple of names in F&B restaurant team Shely, Pamir, Lakshmi, Sanjeev( met him at banquet), Front office Mariya. Let’s appreciate hotel warriors who do their best to make our stay happy and comfortable. Keep up the good work. Keep Smiling , Keep Shining.

Okay

Hotel wes very nice and preety, staff was also nice, nice food and cleaning , in the room ac was not effective, wallpepar look oud room was noise sound like coming from duct, brightness of the lights in rooms and corridor not enough, when I call engineering mr. Pawan Kumar manager engineering came to meet me and start arguing with me the behaviour was not good not proper communication
Otherwise all property was nice

Great Hotel

Wonderful Marriott property. Very comfortable rooms and delicious buffet breakfast. Excellent Service by all the staff, specially by all the staff, specially by Manager Ishaan. So that l could watch Wimbledon and World Cup, he had extra Channels installed on the TV in my room.

Complete Indifference!

I am at the hotel as I'm writing this review. We checked in on 16th April .On the very first day ,we received dirty towels and malfunctioning AC.When we raised our concern ,towels were changed but AC was not rectified. We came to understand this at night....but it was late and we decided to adjust.Today,we went out at 6am in the morning and requested for room cleanup.Upon arrival at the hotel at 3pm we saw that the room was still not clean!!Reply of the Manager was a kind of mechanised one'I totally understand your concern and we are very sorry'.
I have stayed in Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience ever!Total and complete indifference towards customer comfort!!

Filthy rooms with cockroaches

I am Marriot Bonvoy member and have been to few Marriot properties in India and abroad.
Chose Fairfield by Marriot, Lucknow to experience convenience and comfort. However the experience was anything but good. Though I preferred a smoking room, the conditions of the room from previous was pathetic. The room was stinking of smoke due to improper ventilation and non usage of any room fresheners.
The room lacked hygiene and had a cockroach inside. The floors were unclean and littered with snacks and dust. Housekeeping was taken for granted in it.
Morever communication about complimentary breakfast was insufficient. A prior stay at the property, the front desk staff had informed us to avail complimentary breakfast. This time however we were informed that it is chargeable after finishing our breakfast, even though the room information card mentioned about complimentary breakfast.
Front desk offered us an extended stay for the lack in hygiene and mentioned issues which is vague and illogical considering we have travel plans and flight in the afternoon.
