Very disappointed golden tulip

The hotel facilities were good, but the delaed room service,food was not delivered on time, i had to wait much longer then expected even after I called several times and housekeeping assistance was not provided within a reasonable time. Despite raising a complaint, the issue was not resolved quickly, which affected my overall experience. The hotel should focus on improving guest service standards.

Nice work ayush

Stay was quite comfortable and smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was soft and relaxing. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness and hygiene properly. The washroom was neat, the shower worked well, and towels were fresh. Water was always available. Akhilesh & Gyan made sure everything was handled properly and smoothly. The ambience was calm and nice. Facilities were well maintained. The overall maintenance was good. The location was convenient. The experience felt worth the price.
