Poor experience

The quilt was dirty,when asked to change then the hotel staff denied.
The bathroom looked shabby,there were no hooks to hang clothes inside.
And found a mouse inside the room.
Read the reviews about Fabhotel later.
As I had already paid in advance,they denied checkout,even after seeing the poor service.
Atlast in had to skip breakfast due to limited items on menu and unlit conditions of the restaurant.

Everage hotel

Service and staff is good, Food _ good homely with prompt service,Breakfast is not up to the mark,In the morning kitchen opening time 7.30,you have to miss morning rooms are neat and clean with minor drawbacks, plastic chair and table in the room of very poor quality.

Bambo in the of Heritage

-Couldn't find Heritage in heritage inn.
-Poor quality toiletary,
-Poor quality and dirty beddings,
-It's not a hotel, it's just an added property to a marriage venue.
-Property layout is so complex, that you lost your way to your own room.

Don't waiste your money

Only location is good easy to reached. Other all are bad like
Rooms, food, staff are very rude, no one can listing, rooms are very small, smelly. Please don't book fab hotel heritage lucknow charbaag.

Hotel very Bad

All rooms damp and all amenities no working service very bad.
Ac every day 12am - switchoff whole night
Telephone extensions not working
Toilet fan not working ac remote not available maney problem facing bit no one help.
Westag of money for this hotel.
All room darty.
I am coming from Kolkata.
