Awesome hotel to stay

Best business hotel in Lucknow is located in the heart of the city. It is in close proximity to key business and leisure hubs of Lucknow. It is close to historical monuments like Bara Imamabad, Begum Hazrat Mahal Park and British Residency. The travelers can shop in traditional markets like Aminabad and Hazratganj.

Horrible experience, no AC and rude management.

Organised a family function at this hotel today with a gathering of around 70 guests. The food was average, service mediocre but the ambience was atrocious. In a sultry summer afternoon, the air conditioning in this over 2000 sq ft closed space was not working. With just 3 pedestal fans as a makeshift arrangement, all the guest were sweating all throughout the event. Despite numerous feedback to the banquet manager, no improvement was seen. To top it all, the hotel incharge refused to even acknowledge the AC malfunction. Very limited parking and discourteous staff.
Overall a Horrible experience, the hotel destroyed a perfectly good occasion. Never would recommend anyone to use this hotel.

Pathetic hotel

Pathetic hotel. No cleaning at all. Will not recommend anybody to go and stay there. I am in a middle of stay. Regret going there. Food is also not good. Not happy at all. Will not recommend anybody to stay here. Completely banned in my company.

Good location

This hotel never disappoints me. I have stayed here for 3 times in the last 5 years and every time my experience has been good.
The staff is very friendly from guard to reception to the waiters. Food tastes great. Service is also fast. Complementary breakfast is good.
Rates are decent too. Try calling them directly to get better deal. Parking is available.

Best Hotel at Lucknow Junction

Room service and staff cooperation is good hotel location is also prime and at last price is also reasonable....go without mind go for it..... Rooms were clean and spacious. food was delicious. Reception staff , especially HM Afreen Madam, was helpful and polite.
