Location of the hotel is good

Hotel is close to Lucknow bus stop hence it's very convenient. I stayed there for two days. There are many good places to eat nearby the hotel. Place is clean, staff is helpful overall. Rooms though are quite small.

Location is the advantage, Hotel room is OK.

We stayed in this hotel for a day. We picked up this hotel for its location, as it si just few meters from Lucknow Charbag bus station. We reached there at wee hours of 4 AM. Even then we got many auto rickshaws to reach this hotel within 5 minutes drive distance. The main attractions of this city Imambarah & other places are also hardly 30 minutes drive even during business hours, from this hotel. The hotel room was good though there was no hot water supply, so be careful of that if you traveling in winter. Room service (food) is good. Front desk staffs & managers are helpful, in fact they did a lot of help to arrange a Uber cab in 10 minutes to drop us in airport.

average place to stay

hmmm . I have faced few issue with hotel . like room was not upto the mark . the one i booked was too small then i have upgraded and of course thy have charged almost double the price then shower was not working which i hve informed still thy cant do anything . only one power source was there n that was also burnt when i complained thy gv me multi power plug for that .. rooms have issue the one thing which i like about this hotel is food n no complaint in that . food is really good taste is good . quantity and the quality as well thy are making fresh food but if you are planning the last day i hv booked other hotel nirmal palace coz i was fed up with this stay i search n got the nice hotel with cheaper rate better room and service .. i recommend Nirmal palace on tis i wish i could have booked that earlier..

Nice & comfortable stay

Thanks to Thomas Cook website for recommending this hotel...stayed here for 3N/4D
close to railway Junction...bit crowded area, but has got 2 good Dhabas from this hotel..
Over all a comfortable hotel, with decent room, good n supportive staff to help you.
Family n SOLO travelers can stay.
Also walking distance from Charbag Bus depot..can get buses to various cities n towns around lucknow..
