Experience nature and farm life.
They have 7 rooms in total.
The rustic theme has been maintained throughout their accommodation to give you the rural yet comfortable and homely experience.
Veg and nonveg both food available
Activities
1. Farm Botanical walk includes- Basics of farming, Vermicomposting, Organic fertilizer's.
& pest control in farming, Self wicking pot method of terrace gardening
2. Farm pets & marine life
3. Rain water harvesting pond
4. In-house nursery tour – guest can purchase as per availability
5. Early morning Sonchafa Flower Plucking.
6. Many other attractions.
The care taker Krushna was very good, he was aware about everything in and out.
The other staff and service was also top class.
Must visit.

The property is lovely and huge!! The kids had an amazing time. They have their own lake and a river just outside the property.. The rooms are great too. We stayed in all the rooms types since we were a big group. The food(lunch dinner high tea) is very simple and nice just like home food with a good variety.
The only drawback was that the breakfast is very poor. We were given just 2 mangoes and banana between 5 rooms! 2 guavas first day and 2 mangoes second day in plates and it was not even cut.

If you’re looking for a getaway that feels like a genuine breath of fresh air without the five-hour drive from Mumbai, The Riverstone Agro Farm in Panvel is a hidden gem that strikes a rare balance between rustic farm life and modern boutique comfort.
Nestled right at the base of the Matheran hills and bordered by a seasonal river, the property is a lush, 360 degree green escape.
It’s incredibly serene, with walking paths winding through fruit orchards.
The rooms are clean and perfectly placed for a "slow living" photo op. After a morning trek or a walk through the botanical trails, a soak here feels like the ultimate luxury in the middle of a farm.

Thoughtfully curated dishes, soulful flavours, and a setting that feels intimate and special. It’s not just food, it’s an experience that connects you to nature and ingredients. Every course felt balanced, fresh and beautifully presented.

Worst place ever been to
Worst place to go with family I believe it is important to speak up about the ill treatment and extremely poor food service my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your resort. This is not the first time such behavior has been observed, but earlier I chose to let it go. Unfortunately, this time my family truly suffered due to your team’s incapability in capacity planning.
While the resort is undoubtedly beautiful and clean, the Food & Beverage experience was unacceptable. If I had to rate it, it would go into negative numbers. To highlight a few key concerns:
Insufficient food was served repeatedly, which shows a lack of preparation for large groups.
On the pretext of veg plate, kids were offered sambhar and that potato capsicum vegetable, is this what I expect? I veg plate consists of normal dal rice and paneer sabji.. because of this even kids could not eat it.
The staff even told us the food had “finished,” leaving us to remain hungry the entire night.
In the morning, even basic bread and jam were refused until I insisted—and what was finally served was stale bread.
Your team claimed to serve A2 milk but actually used powdered milk mixed with water for coffee. The coffee was the worst I have ever had in my travels.
The focus seems to be on avoiding food wastage at the cost of leaving paying guests empty-stomached.
This was by far the worst resort dining experience I have ever come across in all my trips. Your staff urgently needs training on food quantity planning and quality standards, especially for handling large groups. A proper buffet system must be in place to avoid such issues in the future.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience, and I don’t wish to sugarcoat things. There are serious flaws in your food system, and I strongly urge you to take immediate corrective action so that no other family has to face what mine went through.
