Rohtang Pass from my room!

Location is best where this property lies. In pure nature. As the name says Manali Top and indeed this property is at the top of the Manali. Covers a 360 view of Manali from the top. Food is pretty traditional and mouth watering. Rohtang Pass can be seen from your room which was so cool. The Inn was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and service was great.
Highly reccomending you guys!

I used to love this place until we faced this situation on 25th July 2019. So we booked a room 3 days prior to our arrival in manali by transferring the amount to Basudev singh Yadav (09805601545) who has shared his bank account details on whatsapp. He then confirmed us our booking. When we reached there on planned date after travelling from chandigarh and called the same guy to help with the lugguage, another guy came and he told us that there is no vacant room! He potrayed himself as somebody who is trying to help us though he has not given us any confirmation about our booking and was unaware of our checkin on that day. Then this new guy was asking us to stay at another hotel which we never wanted to. He then picked a third guy and asked him to show us some other hotel etc just to waste our time. He gave us this option along with one to stay at rock top inn but in a very dirty room in which he was living. After 2 3 hours of hungama they somehow asked the existing people to vacate the room and finally we got that room. But its not ended here, room given to us was not fully cleaned. Blanket, pillow covers were not changed! Even the bathroom and toilet were dirty. On the next morning, they told us that they only serve bread jam for complementry breakfast; but becoz we were unhappy with them they would serve us aloo paratha! This was a complete opposite experience for us as compared to our last trip in june 2017. I would say these are extremely arrogant people who doesn't suit to hospitality industry at all. They manage their customers at its worst. May be they only look for outsiders as there guests and not indians!

Just Awesome

The place is safe and sound...staff is warm and very friendly...me and my friends enjoyed in the hotel....the food was delicious ...hope I will visit the place again....
They have vehicle facilities, parking lot and the view was just stunning...

Great view

I had a great experience there. The rooms are plain and a little underwhelming, but you really can't beat the view. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. the food was also good, better than I expected, until the last night when I got violently ill from eating the momos (dumplings). So don't eat the momos. But overall, very good experience, especially for the price.

THE BEST

We stayed here for 3 weeks.Had a room on the top floor with amazing veiws over old manali and down the valley. They gave us a heater for the room ,kettle and hot plate for the kitchen.Nothing was to much trouble if you asked.Food in the cafe was great..All the staff were excellent.Its a 15 min walk down into old Manali and takes about 25 mins to walk back ( worth it for the views ) but you can always get a tuk tuk back up the hill..I would highly recommend any one on a budget to stay here .
