Dirty toilet, no soap, doubtful if sheets were changed. Hotel seems to be run by 2 or persons who do everything from registration to breakfast service to airport drop.
The breakfast was pathetic to say the least.. just bread with a jar of used jam, no toast, no butter. Black colored idlis...
I am shocked such a hotel even has a rating on your site. Treebo should be penalized or blacklisted for this hotel.

Room and bathroom were not good. AC didn't work all through night i couldn't sleep. It is a cheap hotel with worn and teared bedding with a 4 star pricing. Treebo was constantly behind me every hour asking me to pay some portion of the total charges in advance. They threatened me every time with cancellation of my booking if money is not paid in advance which was confirmed by Expedia. I could write many stories about my experiences since booking. I was traveling with a family of 5 including senior citizens and this is a horrible experience.

Not recommended

Stayed at this hotel last week...The staff at the reception were very courteous & polite .But the rooms require a lot of improvement . The AC was not working inspite of we calling up the staff & informing them about it .The Television was not working..the staff cited technical issues & did not even attempt to check if it was working...The hotel has mentioned in the reception area & in the room 'Enjoy a cuppa tea or coffee with compliments totally free' . However there was only a kettle & two cups without any tea/coffee sachets or milk in the room...Looks like the staff don't bother to replenish the supplies after the previous guest has checked out...or even check if the amenities are working in the rooms
Only plus point is the proximity to the airport

Better options available in Mangalore city.

OK for overnight stay near airport if arriving late at night.
Not ideal for couples or family.
No hot water, restaurant on premises OK.

Dirty bathroom. Too noisy entire night. Rooms are smelly
