Terrible Experience

Terrible experience. Not recommended.
We checked into what was supposedly an “AC suite,” but the problems started almost immediately. The TV didn’t work at all. Shortly after, the AC stopped functioning, making the room extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance was called, but they were unable to fix the issue.
To make matters worse, the next morning there was no water. When it finally came back, it was muddy and unusable. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to offer a suite experience.
All the staff did was acknowledge a written complaint and promise to resolve the issues—but there was zero follow-up. No updates, no effort to make things right, and no basic courtesy to check back with us.
This place shows absolute apathy towards customers. Poor maintenance, poor service, and even poorer accountability. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
