Disappointing hotel. Their USP is their location, being close to the train station

Their manager named Shri Sathish is alone capable of spoiling your stay. Stayed there for four nights. Booked a cab for sightseeing through them. The cab never arrived and being questioned, Sri Sathish, the front desk receptionist suddenly turned visibly hostile for no reason and said that taxi would not be available and I was free to do anything I liked. He told me to take his photo and make any complaint against him. Unfortunately they hid the complaint register and I could not have the privilege to meet the owner. Though bitter, I told him that I should not do anything, I shall just continue to sit in the reception and place a cab outside the reception within next thirty minutes, which I did. My room number 102 did not even have an exhaust fan in the toilet, hot water turned into lukewarm water after noon, for over three thousand rupees they do not supply complimentary breakfast. Only typical south Indian dishes are available from their restaurant, which were not palatable enough.

Nice place to stay

Its a good place to stay. Rooms are very clean. Staff's were very polite and friendly. Its a Central place and nearest to a zoo, aquarium, museum, and all other places.
An additional plus point is the hotel's restaurant, they prepare hygienic pure vegetarian food. No need to go in search of food to other places.

Disgusting bathroom and awful staff

We’re from the US and this hotel was disgusting. The bathroom is more like a toilet with an old sink and a shower head, and no shower curtain or anything that would stop water from splashing everywhere including on the toilet. There’s no toilet paper. When we asked about it, several men on the staff were rude and loud and absolutely refused to do anything. They wanted to charge us more for a renovated bathroom. We had booked their double deluxe room and they proudly said that they advertised every room they have as double deluxe. This is a scam hotel with staff who don’t care and will talk down at you. Save yourself the feeling of disgust every time you use the bathroom and book somewhere else.

Pleasant stay

I booked this property at the last minute after going thru many reviews of numerous hotels. It was a good decision as my stay was absolutely great. Room was good enough for us 2 adults and 2 kids with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. AC was working fine and toilet was absolutely clean. Towels and toiletries were provided as well as water bottles. Staff at reception, Bell boys, security, waiters all were very polite and helpful. Ample parking space near the hotel. Restaurant is small so they prefer serving breakfast in the room. Food was delivered hot and on time plus it was tasty. Location of the hotel is very close to many spots to visit. All in all a very pleasant stay.
