Best experience

Title: Excellent stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- *Staff*: Very polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick.
- *Room*: Clean, spacious and well maintained. AC, hot water and WiFi all worked perfectly.
- *Food*: Breakfast was fresh with good variety. Tasted great!
- *Location*: Very convenient and easy to reach from the main market/railway station.
Great value for money. Highly recommend this hotel for both families and business trips. Will definitely stay here again!

Terrible management who lie to their guest

Tuli has a terrible management and is involved in malpractice. It takes the business of a company and refuses to provide meals to their employees and says it’s as per their contract with the company which is a lie and they aren’t able to provide any mail or documents for the same. As crew members of an airline, our sleep schedule and food schedule is different from regular guests and yet Tuli refuses to provide us our food entitlement. Every time it’s impossible to mail our company to get clarity. If a hotel can’t cater to the needs of different type of guests, it should stop doing business with airlines

Regarding meal service, we have consistently provided In-Room Dining (IRD) upon request and in accordance with the agreed guidelines. Our team has always endeavoured to accommodate crew members while adhering to the procedures established with the airline.

Best hotel for a stopover for Pench. Almost perfect.

Beautiful entrance, beautiful room, super breakfast.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The street where the hotel is located is relatively quiet.
Perfect hotel as a stopover to Pench (Tuli tiger corridor is the best choice there),

Very lovely experience

The stay was very comfortable and staff were very humble and generous.
Specially the f&b staff everyone was helpful and proactive and helped us with whatever we needed. Really appreciated the hard work they put into their job.
Very happy with the service. Would love to visit again.
