Dont ever visit this property..
I booked this property (Oyo Summer king, Nainital) for 2 nights through Agoda and add breakfast at the time of booking. As in season time i paid around 10.5k for two nights with breakfast. But when i reached they refused to give breakfast even after i have a proof of attachement from agoda. They are doing froud with customers. I personally recommend not to stay at this property..Bad experience.. Far from mall road.. Poperty on such hight..No Ac..No Kettle provided..Room lock not working properly..

Far away from Naini lake.Location is very bad. An old factory creates obstruction the view from rooms.It was most irritating. Rooms are very small. There are no cupboards in room. Foods are average. Price is very high.

This hotel is away from Naini lake and situated on hill,you have to walk stiff 1.5km from lake or shell out Rs.150 for drop.
About cleanliness it was ok.Bedshit and Blanket were so Smelly, breakfast was ok but you have very limited choice n that was also one plate per person.menu card having veg-non veg items.there was no separate kitchen of hotel.
Tv has very few channels and having cable connection
No tea coffee maker in room
Although staff and owner Mr.khan was so helpful.
Please find another hotel near lake as this hotel is away from main market and lake,there are hundreds of hotels available near main market
