Hotel MBC Citadel offers an exceptional stay with a welcoming ambience and top-notch amenities that make every visit memorable. The food quality stands out—fresh, flavorful, and diverse options for all tastes—while the hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness across all areas, from rooms to common spaces.
The staff truly elevates the experience; every team member, from front desk to housekeeping, is polite, cooperative, and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. It's the best place for staff too, with excellent accommodations and competitive salaries that reflect their dedication. I love this hotel and plan to return again and again!

It’s decent hotel overall but overpriced for kind of service it offers. It’s okay for a night stay but won’t recommend it especially if you are visiting from outside India. It lacks mere basics these days and management doesn’t care much.

Great stay at hotel mbc citadel at Nasik

Stay was excellent as usual, breakfast was good was good. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Especially Rahul , he helped us for local tourism, without any expectations. Good people good hotel , we are looking forward to staying here again

Best hotel in nashik

The hotel is very good ...excellent food and specially staff behavior is just like family ...staff member name rahul is very supportive.room are neat and clean.complimentery breakfast is too good and the behavior of staff like rahul is just like family member

Nice and Comfortable Stay

Excellent stay and delicious food spread at the restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable. Received excellent service from all staff.
This time it was my short stay of 01 night with Hotel MBC Citadel.
But I am looking forward to visit again with my family in coming month.
