A great option for a journey on a budget - hotel «MTDC Grape Park» is located in Nashik. This hotel is located in 13 km from the city center.

Loved the location, view, garden, rooms.
In-house Restaurant is well furnished but options on food are limited. Breakfast variety was small, but adequate for us (accustomed to southern food)
Restaurant staff too was helpful and courteous.

Best to Avoid at the Price Point
Poorly maintained rooms.
Extremely less options for breakfast.
Cleanliness not maintained throughout.
Unprofessional local staff (even saw a staff member spitting Gutka in the porch area).
Would not recommend at all.

Lovely, pretty resort, spacious, but not luxurious rooms, but food needs improvement
The good part: It is a beautiful and well laid-out resort.
1) The design, landscaping and lawns are outstanding (like most MTDC resorts). There is a wonderful tiled/concrete walk all around the resort.
2) The pool looked clean and well maintained.
3) Lots of places to visit nearby (Sula vineyard, dams and river water sports)
4) They had a decent sized party room, which the resort let us use for our friends get together. We were able to order dinner her and there was a sound system and an area we could use as a dance floor.
The not so good parts:
1) The approach road is terrible and there is no reason that Maharashtra , the highest tax-paying state should have roads like these.
2) The rooms and washrooms (we stayed in Crimson block), though spacious, stopped short of real luxury and comfort. The linen didn’t look very clean, the TV was not working when we entered (was repaired later), and the bathroom, though spacious, is not designed very well. There is a rod for shower curtain, but no shower curtain. The room safe was locked & thus useless and for some reason, the waste basket was placed in front of the safe, lol.
3) The staff need better training in etiquette and service. Though a request for extra pillows & TV malfunction was complied with quickly, the staff for best part was indifferent and nobody (except the receptionist) smiled at me, wished me or asked if I was comfortable during my stay.
4) Food & Beverage The stay included complimentary breakfast and this was dull and uninspiring. The restaurant staff was indifferent and food (especially South Indian (idli, sambhar and dosa -which oil do they use, anyway?) was of poor quality. The poha and bread-omlette was decent, though. The place has a bar, but alcohol is not served. Overall, food is very disappointing.
In short, this resort has great potential with a few positives. But in every aspect ;rooms, room service and restaurant, the deadening influence of government is evident. Their motto is - We don’t care. Overall, an average/decent experience. Basically, company of friends made the stay worthwhile.

The resort offers stunning views of the dam reservoir.
The resort gives luxury feeling and the peace and calm you can enjoy.
Over all satisfying experience.
Rooms are quite big size and having modern facilities.
Kids amusement park is also there

Awesome
Beautiful property, well maintained. Good food. Friendly staff. Prachi from the Reception was very helpful during our stay.
MTDC Boat club is about 10 minutes walking distance from here. Quite a happening place. It was closed for water sports last week, yet enjoyed hanging out there. A must visit during your trip to Nashik.
Value for money, on par with any large private resort.
