A beautiful Resort rooms are clean & comfortable, restaurant offers tastey and delicious food and provided good service. There are many activities you can do as you while staying in the resort. Well maintained and good location. thank you for good service.

Urgent Feedback Regarding Poor Experience at Jayshin Lake Vaitarna Resort

Dear Nisha,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a very disappointing experience my group and I had at your Jayshin Lake Vaitarna Resort.
Unfortunately, the behavior and management approach of your General Manager were far from professional and lacked the courtesy and hospitality one would expect at a resort of your standing. This not only affected our plans but also completely spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend getaway.
I strongly urge you to review your current management team at the resort, as such experiences can severely damage your brand’s reputation and customer loyalty.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take corrective measures promptly.

Fraud resort.

Fraud alert.
Taking 100%advance including food. False assurance of great stay and service. Poor hygiene of rooms, dirty rooms. Only advantage from some rooms is vaitarna view.
Dining area with lots of insects, dirty free glass water bottles. Poor hygiene. Cold food served. On request they give hot chapati later.
swimming pool corner algae plants are growing. surrounding area absolutely Poor maintenance, beer cans were here and there, rain dance floor extremely dirty, Itching started after swimming into it. Shower area we cant even reach because of lots of green wild small trees, Same condition at Children play area, net is broken in half from all sides of cricket area.
indoor game room area It was stinking, ghost bungalow look in indoor games. Rackets broken, dirty wet black colour bat, Broken floor, broken doors, extremely poorly maintained. All area in resort is slippery you should put some rainy carpet at slippery areas.
Cold poor taste sandwich long with tea in evening after long wait.
They tried shifting us to another room because some other guest booked our room at premium. This is pathetic behavior. Giving false reason of electricity failure problem in that perticular room. Same Moment we decided to just leave hotel at 7pm same day. Other Room they offered were bad conditions and in worst hygiene. Never ever go here. You will loose money, time and its like emotional damage. Unprofessional business ethics.

Wonderful place

We loved this place. Quiet, wonderful setting , small garden but flowers blooming. Rooms spacious, clean bed ,clean bathroom, no telephone in room but provides a tel number to call in urgency, parking place, dinner enough ,moderately priced, South Indian breakfast , helpful staffs., Free WIFI , above all this was a perfect place to explore natural beauty of Igatpuri .if return in future We hope to come to this hotel.
